I'm a PhD (TESL) graduate from the University of Calgary whose passion is teaching English. I have taught English as an Additional (EAL) at all levels to both children and adults all around the world. My current research interests lie in the field of English for Academic Purposes from kindergarten to fourth year university (K-16), and more specifically in the area of academic vocabulary. I'm also an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Education at the Okanagan Campus of the University of British Columbia
